    • Biography:
    Debra Wainwright holds a MFA in writing for children and young adults from Vermont College and a BFA in illustration from Mass College of Art. She has been illustrating professionally for many years with a focus on children's markets. She has also taught classes in drawing and design and won numerous awards for silverpoint art. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband, two daughters, a Westie, a Scottie and a Blue-Crowned Canure.
