Come join us Sunday, February 10, 2019 at 2 p.m. for two authors and two real-life inspirational stories within the setting of the Boston Marathon.
(While reservations are not required, they would be appreciated so that we can arrange the presentation space accordingly.)
Roseann Sdoia author of Perfect Strangers: Friendship, Strenght, and Recovery After Boston's Worst Day, her own inspirational story, will read from her book for adults, lead a discussion and sign her book.
Perfect Strangers is about recovery, about choosing joy and human connection over anger and resentment, and most of all, it’s about an unlikely but enduring friendship that grew out of the tragedy of Boston’s worst day.
Nancy Feehrer, collaborating author with Dave McGillivray (Boston Marathon race director, athlete, entrepreneur, speaker and philanthropist) will read from and sign the picture book of Dave's beginning in marathon running: Dream Big: A True Story of Courage and Determination.
Dream Big is a touching story of rejection, determination, a beloved Grandpa, a Boston Marathon attempt, a Boston Marathon failure, and the good advice that finally got him to the finish line!
Dave will have signed copies of his book prior to Nancy's book signing so you will be able to purchase books signed by BOTH authors!
